Libby is an AI assistant and can produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for verifying anything important with a qualified professional before acting on it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Plate for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not attempt to manipulate Libby into producing harmful content or medical instructions.

Early access and features

Plate is in active development. Features described on our site may be in progress, may change, or may not ship. Joining our early access list does not create a purchase or a subscription, and does not obligate you to pay anything.

Payment

Paid plans are not yet available. If and when we begin charging, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you are asked to pay, and you will be able to cancel in accordance with the terms presented at that time.

Availability

We provide Plate on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plate Nutrition is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Plate name, site design, and content are owned by us. Please do not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Plate after an update means you accept the revised terms.
